CAS 9002-88-4HDPE Polyethylene Wax
HDPE Polyethylene Wax is a low molecular weight polyethylene produced via catalytic polymerization of ethylene. It features excellent lubrication properties, high melting point, low melt viscosity, and outstanding compatibility with polyolefin resins. This grade is the most widely used PE wax in PVC processing (pipes, profiles, cables), hot-melt adhesives, and masterbatch manufacturing. It improves mold release, reduces screw torque, and enhances surface gloss.
Applications
- PVC internal & external lubricant
- Hot-melt adhesive modifier
- Masterbatch & color concentrate
- Candles & polish wax
- Rubber processing aid
Packaging: 25 kg bags or 500 kg jumbo bags
