CAS 9002-88-4Micronized PE Wax
Micronized Polyethylene Wax is produced by cryogenic grinding and air classification of HDPE or OPE wax to achieve a fine, uniform particle size (typically D50 2–15 μm). The micronized form provides an extremely smooth surface, anti-scratch and anti-abrasion properties, and matting effects when incorporated into powder coatings, printing inks, and high-end wood or industrial coatings. It can be easily dispersed into liquid or powder coating formulations.
Applications
- Powder coatings texture & matting
- Printing ink rub resistance
- Wood & furniture coatings
- Industrial floor coatings
- Offset & flexographic inks
Packaging: 20 kg bags or 500 kg jumbo bags
