CAS 68441-17-8Oxidized Polyethylene Wax
Oxidized Polyethylene Wax (OPE Wax) is produced by controlled oxidation of high-density polyethylene. The introduction of polar groups (carbonyl, carboxyl, and hydroxyl) significantly improves compatibility with polar substrates and enables stable emulsion preparation. It is widely used as an internal/external lubricant in PVC processing, a coupling agent in pigment dispersions, a base material for wax emulsions, and a surface additive in waterborne coatings.
Applications
- PVC pipes & profiles lubrication
- Wax emulsion manufacturing
- Waterborne coatings additive
- Pigment & masterbatch dispersant
- Textile finishing auxiliary
Packaging: 25 kg bags or 500 kg jumbo bags
